Service Delivery

Echelon Australia recognises the need to respond promptly and efficiently to claims. Our claims services expertise ensures that Echelon can:

  • Register the new claim on our claims system within two working days of receiving a completed claim form and supporting documentation
  • Appoint an Assessor or Loss Adjuster within two working days (where applicable)
  • Provide the claimant with written or verbal acknowledgement of the new claim, outlining the claim number, detailed claim decision information, and the details of the Assessor or Loss Adjuster
  • Choose to either deny the claim or recommend settlement as soon as possible, customising our solution to each client’s unique requirements
  • Commence recovery action against any negligent party, promptly establishing their intent and their ability to make restitution for the loss, including any applicable excess
