Worker Health Plus Options
For companies looking to improve the health and safety of their workforce, Echelon Health offers three Worker Health Plus options and an Executive Health Plus option. These identify key health risk areas and provide individuals with a thorough musculoskeletal assessment, body composition, pathology analysis and risk evaluation for injury and cardiovascular disease. All options are conducted in the workplace using a transportable assessment system.
After the assessments, Echelon Health compiles a company report providing detailed statistics on organisational trends and concerns. Individual employee details are kept confidential.
The four assessments are:
Health Risk Assessment
Echelon’s Health Risk Assessment begins with an initial pathology assessment, followed up two weeks later by physical testing and a results consultation. All assessments are conducted in the workplace for minimal disruption and are one hour in duration. Up to 14 participants can be scheduled per day.

Heart Risk Assessment
Cardiovascular health is a major health risk factor. This assessment is designed to provide staff with a streamlined health check covering the key risk factors for cardiovascular disease. This is an excellent check to administer in conjunction with an Echelon Health Corporate Wellness Programme to establish the current heart health status of employees. This is followed by an additional assessment 6-12 months later to measure the effectiveness of the wellness programme.
The assessment is designed for large corporate groups.

Pathology Assessments
Echelon Health offers several pathology options for organisation-wide health checks. This is suitable for organisations seeking to offer employees a quick but detailed check-up.
Option 1 – Pathology Analysis

e-Risk Assessment
This popular web-based health check provides individual employees with a snapshot of their current health status, as well as the ability to access web based support including goal setting and the latest resources and newsletters. This check is ideal for organisations seeking to provide a baseline test for staff involved in workplace wellness programmes, and for organisations with large groups of employees.
The e-Risk Assessment takes 20 minutes and up to 40 assessments can be scheduled per day.
